Interesting. Thx. At least Hunter didnt like 'black-eyed women'. That would be just wrong. Not a shabby version from TDIH: http://archive.org/details/gd78-01-11.sbd.cotsman.13190.sbeok.shnf Not THE best, but... (Let it Grow and the Sam and Del is where its at! Gawd, I hope SHD doesnt listen to the Sam & Del.... please please please. Sh!t, there goes the couch.) Tumble down shack in Bigfoot county... Funny, the Annotated Grateful Dead site (David Dodd)lists that the first time BE Women was played was Aug 23, 1971. "first set, between BIODTL and MAMU." http://archive.org/details/gd71-08-23.aud.cotsman.9759.sbeok.shnf http://artsites.ucsc.edu/GDead/agdl/brown.html They got the location right, but there was no BE Women, nor a BIODTL. And the MAMU was that excellent section of the Cryptical Envelopment > Drums > The Other One > Me & My Uncle > The Other One > Cryptical Envelopment sandwich. Interesting. Luckily, I believe everything I read on the internet. Signed~ an untrustworthy Hazel-eyed man edit~ the Sunrise from TDIH 78 doesnt suck either, unless you are a Donna hater. And if you are a Donna hater, then you suck. (not you Jack o', just any Donna hater... :)

Lucky for us both- I like Donna (even http://archive.org/details/DonnaJeanGodchauxBand2012-07-24.flac16).

I especially like Sunrise (RIP Rex)...

damn. I posted last night but it looks likes it didnt take.
Must have gone with the spam wave.

Basically, I had the pleasure to hear and see Donna for the
first time last ALL GOOD last year, and I will never have a bad thing to say about the lady ever. Granted, I never heard those parts in PITB back in the day that made a persons hair stand on end, but at the end of the day, I am
just grateful for her. Im glad we are of the same page
